WJEC-2 Syndicate Reports
The Syndicate Team Program is once again being called one of the WJEC's most valuable offerings, according to a poll of 2010 WJEC-2 South Africa attendees. In a nutshell, this program encourages all WJEC conference attendees to join themed discussion groups of their choosing, which focus on journalism education hot-button issues.
These discussion groups, or syndicates, not only grapple with journalism education's most urgent issues throughout the conference, they conclude with brief "report-backs" to attendees AND, weeks later, more detailed syndicate reports.

These syndicate reports represent how many of the best and brightest in journalism education worldwide are grappling with our most pressing issues, many of which are surprisingly similar.
The WJEC hopes you will find the shared experiences, analysis and recommendations in these reports especially useful. We also hope you will use these reports as a basis for continued analysis and debate on these issues, and others, which affect journalism education and our field most.
